I don't see any clues - but I am hoping my astute readers will see something that I missed.

What The Twilight Zone and the London Olympics have in common
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.
Are you ready to enter the Twilight Zone?

Arab near the Underground (expanded)
Thanks to Deckard, I now can show you the whole advertising campaign.
It is from April, 2012.
The above is a much clearer photo than the previous one I uploaded. Notice the red flag on the right near the somewhat-secluded "Arab."
I'm not trying to make too much out of this but the child on the right totes a red flag; the guy on the left end could either be Irish or Arab. He carries a bag.
Meh.
Meh.
Then there is this, which I'm not sure it's from the same campaign but it looks to be:
The photo on the left shows someone taking a photo with a phone - the one on the right is missing this person.
What that means, I have no idea.
