I'm not against sanctions against Penn State.  I'm all for them.  I'm not against Joe Paterno's stats as head coach being changed.

JoePa's statue - bye bye.  I'm happy to see it go...

Having said that, it also brings up the fact that history is changed and wiped away as if it didn't happen:

When I wrote "knight" in the title of the post, I obviously meant that as a pun.  Not a funny pun, but a pun to make you go, "Hmmmmm!"

The fact that Elton John is #1 the week the Olympics begin is not a surprise to me.

The odd thing to me is the song is called "Good Morning to the Night" rather than "Goodbye __________."

John being #1 on the charts immediately brought to mind the Joe Paterno statue, which said "goodbye", yesterday.
