Hi Jeff, after seeing your initial catch on this I stumbled on a similar hooded character in Pink's 2010 music video "Raise your Glass" (see 00:15 http://youtu.be/XjVNlG5cZyQ). Interestingly this video also syncs with the Joker from Batman. At 00:36 Pink shouts out "Why so serious?" - an infamous line from the 2008 Dark Knight film.
