Not accelerating

Hi all...

I'm working on another project and hope to get it finished in a few days; it has nothing to do with Acceleration.  I jumped on it because I was having trouble coming up with anything to say here - a cyclical down I suppose.  Instead of doing nothing, I am trying to use the time wisely on another project.

I haven't even really looked at the news in several days and I'm sure I am missing tons of stuff.  I didn't mean to abandon this place only, I was just "stuck" - it happens sometimes.

You'll see, I'll be back and with a vengeance sometime in the very near future.

Coming this summer: another Rise of Arnold

• Mr. Olympia
• Married (though currently in divorce proceedings) with Maria Shriver, a Kennedy family member (Camelot)
• Was at the burial of Ronald Reagan in 2004 *during* the last Venus Transit (both were actors, both California governors, Arnold and Ronald are anagrams)
• Acted in many films, most notably, Terminator and Total Recall
• Total Recall remake (he's not in it) coming out during the Summer Olympics.  It's about Mars and NASA's Curiosity lands during the same time the film comes out.

I'm not totally sure what's to be expected just yet (although I have been leaning heavily for years that he may get a very vital European Union government position.)

Put your money on it - he's going to be big in the headlines this year at some point.

About once a month or so, my systems go down; I have a difficult decyphering, even reading.  So bear with me as as I take a couple of days off.

The frustrating post (Part II)

Yesterday, I felt lost when trying to post "The frustrating post."

As a matter of fact, I've been frustrated ever since about Tuesday.  Things don't fall where you think they are going to fall (no, not talking about Phobos-Grunt...)

Anyway, here I was lamenting, "The frustrating post" with a friend online.  I was about to go... when I thought I'd look at the "Pictures of the Day" on the London Telegram.

Here's what I found:

Now, if you will go back and read, "The frustrating post" and add this to the end of it and see that "Wijk aan Zee" reminds you of "Kiwi and Z" - then the post yesterday seems to make sense in a different way.

It's not much but it seems to be a sign *for me* as I was kind of despondent that I even posted that yesterday.

I spent all morning on this and there's not much here.  Every now and then you go on a wild goose chase and I certainly did.

If nothing else, it's interesting but I don't really think there's much of anything here.

Have a look at a map of New Zealand:

New Zealanders are known as Kiwis...

Notice the "broken" leg?

Now, let's look at a map of Italy:

Now, have a look at this:

New Zealand (when manipulated) looks amazingly like Italy; Italy is a "boot" and the manipulated New Zealand is a "broken boot."

Omega is the last letter in the Greek alphabet; Z is the last letter in the English alphabet... Z as in Zealand.
