Head scratcher - news MEANT FOR ME?

Honestly, doing what I do is weird sometimes.

I get a bug today - "Let's look at tubular bells."

Check out the following... does it even make any sense? It doesn't seem to - yet it's like it's made for me. It yells for my attention.
