Spaceweather.com tells us that Comet Lovejoy is a kamikaze comet and will take a plunge into the sun either today or tomorrow.
It may even be visible to the naked eye in the daylight for a few hours, much like Comet McNaught (above photo) was in 2007.
Look up!
The result of love-joy often is a baby. The sun being the egg and the cometh - if he cometh ;) - being the sperm fertilizing the egg.
