    But of course.. On August 6, 1996 the ALH 84001 meteorite became newsworthy when it was claimed that it may contain evidence of traces of life from Mars, as published in an article in Science by David McKay of NASA.
    On August 6 2012 Curiosity lands on Mars. Quite a coincidence
