  2. I was wondering... if the hospital beds and nurses scene was supposed to be a NHS tribute than why all the patients were KIDS?

  3. Because the tribute was for the NHS but it paid tribute to The Great Ormond Street Hospital for sick children

  4. The lights above the children's beds look like tubular bells.

    Children jumping make me think of the rhyme, "The doctor said, No more monkeys jumping on the bed."
