While this upcoming (November) film is about Communists occupying American soil, it could easily be turned around and be said that ET's could be occupying American soil.
The catchphrase at the top, "They are here to help" is also a common phrase by "UFO apologists."
I see you connected Colorado to red, I would add that the events in the original Red Dawn movie take place in Colorado
